The NeptuneⓇ has been utilized in some of the toughest conditions in the field of sport and recreation. This "field testing" includes 24 hour World's Toughest Mudders since 2016, the 24 hour Spartan Ultra Championships in Iceland and Sweden, and countless other obstacle and other races not to mention triathletes, hunting enthusiasts, and even road crew workers.
While racing at World’s Toughest Mudder, I put it on around mile 30 (of 90) and kept it on through mile 50. Miles 30-40 was just the Neptune System and 40-50 was the Neptune plus a NRS top (wetsuit like top for kayaking). I had about 3 heat packs in and they performed well keeping me warm. I think I was one of the last people to put on a wetsuit at WTM, and it was because I had the NeptuneⓇ. The shirt let me run without a wetsuit for longer, which was key to me getting 90 miles and a 8th place finish.

Goal accomplished, 100 miler in the books. Through the event layers had to come and go but the NeptuneⓇ
kept going back on for the majority of my 100 miles which was near all in sub freezing temperatures. Outside of World's Toughest Mudder, this is the only time I had all 6 heaters in and relied on them to keep me stable. 🙂 Thank you again!
